counselling

Gillian is accepting new clients. Sessions are by secure video.

Nobody’s meant to go through life’s hardships alone. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when relationships, situations, or just life in general start to feel out of control. Everyone needs help sometimes – someone to work through a problem with, or just a safe place to let it all out.

The obstacles we face can either strengthen us or wear us down, and therapy is about understanding your story and moving at a pace that’s right for you.

Whatever you’re carrying, your needs come first. Together, we’ll figure out what you need to face what’s ahead.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor (RCC-ACS with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, BCACC), a Registered Psychotherapist (RP, under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, CRPO), a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), an Associate Member of the Canadian Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT), and a Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I provide clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists at all stages of registration, including students.

I strive to be trauma informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and to demonstrate cultural humility. I engage in ongoing education and conversations to support this commitment.

Greg Jenkins

Greg’s schedule is full at this time and he is not accepting new clients.

I work to be easy to talk to, and to consider the whole person and the relationship systems in which we find ourselves.

Every person is as unique as their story, and I am here to hear yours.

I make use of a variety of therapeutic approaches; we don’t believe one size fits all. Together, we’ll tailor your therapy to suit you and your needs.
