Lasting Change Counselling is not a crisis service. We do not monitor phone, email or text outside of scheduled appointments.

Email and text are used for non-urgent administrative purposes only, and are answered at irregular intervals. Phone and video are used only for pre-scheduled sessions.

If something urgent comes up between sessions, please use one of the resources above. We would rather you reach someone who can help immediately than wait for us.
